The Humanitarian Chronicle is the unofficial blog of TEAR Fund NZ. It is a place for anyone and everyone to engage in discussion around world issues. Predominantly these will be things that TEAR Fund is involved with. The blog will also feature events, press releases and updates on things TEAR Fund is doing. TEAR Fund is a development and relief organisation that partners with local Christian organisations and churches in developing countries. Our partners use local staff who work directly with the poorest people, helping them find their own solutions, cutting out the middleman and reducing costs. Our key activities are child sponsorship, Microenterprise, community development projects and disaster relief. |
