The Energy Coordinating Agency is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to ensuring that low and moderate income people have access to safe, affordable and reliable sources of energy and water. ECA works to develop a sustainable energy future for the region through energy conservation and renewable energy. ECA coordinates and provides energy conservation services to thousands of households in the Philadelphia area every year. Together with its citywide network of ten Neighborhood Energy Centers (NEC's), ECA provided over 50,000 energy services to more than 30,000 low income households last year.
